"Storing CRM data within an LLM has its limitations. We’ve developed an internal tech stack to fuse data and knowledge, allowing our AI to leverage this information effectively," he explained.

While Siemiatkowski believes most companies won't follow Klarna's unique path, he predicts substantial consolidation within the SaaS market. "More likely, we will see fewer SaaS providers consolidating and offering similar services," he concluded.
